Algorithm like a Vacuum Cleaning Robot

Hi Lejos Team

I search a way to let my EV3 move like a Vaccum Cleaning Robot.
Exists any Algorithm or a Name for this?
The idea is that the EV3 in a short time cover a area to 100% when the EV3 move randomly.

I think you need to provide a little more information if you want to get any help. What is it exactly that you are trying to understand? What is it you want to do?

As far as I know, they are being programmed following the subsumpion architecture.

Last year,

I found the following strategies:

- Left Right Sweep
- Follow Right Wall
- Closest to Robot
- Closest to Start
- Assume No Wall
- Assume Walls
- No Walls if Visited
- Find closest Unvisited Cell
- Find Closest Unvisited Cell to Start
