gnikrap javascript ide not opening in browser

I cannot get the web browser to open admin page of gnikrap when i type 10.0.1.1 the error appears to be not sending data. I am using a win 10 operating system and with a PAN bluetooth connections between the ev3 and my surface pro. I have successfully installed all software onto the lejos and gnikrap onto the EV3. The docs say that when I run gnikrap on the ev3 a message "Duke, the java maskot is displayed with the following message: "Wait a second", …​ so just wait Gnikrap will be launched (it take a some long seconds). But I am not not sure if that is happening as my browser will not connect. Any help would be appreciated. I only have one step to go which is opening the javascript ide in the browser

I think you should be talking to the developers of gnikrap rather than with us! Sorry I know nothing at all about this project.
